Beyond Production-Our Commitment

Beyond Production-Our Commitment

A Regenerative Craft Ecosystem

二軸.png

We work with communities in Myanmar to plant Eucalyptus, Pan Padauk, and other trees, nurturing forests for the future. From these responsibly grown materials, skilled artisans craft products that are both practical and environmentally conscious.

By acting as a bridge, we connect two cycles: forest regeneration and product creation. These cycles reinforce one another through the acceptance of retailers and consumers who value and support our products.

From Timber to Green Impact

Our approach turns responsibly sourced timber into lasting environmental and social value.

From efficient material use to large-scale reforestation, our process is designed to give back more than it takes.

Thinned Wood Utilization

Zero Waste Initiative

Consumption Offset

Co-Creating a Win-Win-Win Cycle

Understanding local context and combining our expertise with local strengths, we co-create new businesses that generate shared value and long-term continuity.

We connect skilled producers in Myanmar with global markets by exporting carefully handcrafted products and delivering them to customers who value quality and authenticity.

Guided by market needs, we develop products through Japanese design expertise while providing technical training, capacity building, and consistent access to materials in Myanmar. This integrated support enables producers to focus on craftsmanship and maintain stable production standards.

As a result, producers are able to continuously create high-value products, customers gain access to well-crafted goods at fair prices, and we sustain our role as a responsible bridge between production and consumption to ensure long-term business continuity for all.

Empowering Women Artisans

We empower young female artisans in the woodcraft industry by providing skills training and stable work opportunities that support long-term independence.

Within our own premises, we operate a shared workshop where artisans can work under consistent production conditions. The workshop is equipped with practical machinery that can be introduced at low cost after independence, along with financial support when artisans establish their own operations.

We also place strong emphasis on safety and inclusivity, offering a clean, standing-work environment designed to ensure that all artisans, regardless of gender, can work safely and comfortably.
